As a Batch Mixer, you will play a critical role in the preparation of bulk-mixed products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols and operational best practices. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks as a Batch Mixer will include:

1. Product Preparation: Preparing bulk mixed products in accordance with strict quality standards.
2. Quality Assurance: Ensuring no defective materials are used during production.
3. Compliance: Adhering to best operating practices and the Quality Management System (QMS).
4. Inventory Management: Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
5. Material Staging: Organizing and staging materials for batch preparation.
6. Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized production staging area and performing CIP (Cleaning in Place) of production lines.
7. Factory Trials: Assisting with factory-related trials and experiments as needed.
8. Safety Standards: Identifying unsafe conditions and taking proactive steps to improve safety in the workplace.
9. Flexibility: Performing any reasonable duties during non-production periods to support factory operations.

Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Education: A Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Skills:
• A valid forklift license.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Basic math skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attributes:
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
