At SANPARKS, we are proud to support opportunities within the Kruger National Park, a world-renowned conservation area. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Camp Driver to join the team at Olifants Rest Camp in the Nxanatseni Region. Purpose of the Job:

To ensure the safe and efficient transportation of goods, equipment, and passengers while supporting the daily operations of Olifants Rest Camp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate camp vehicles and complete daily trip sheets accurately.
• Transport equipment, goods, and passengers, including staff requiring medical attention outside the park.
• Ensure the safe delivery of goods from the point of loading to the point of delivery.
• Collect and deliver the camp’s linen as required.
• Assist with general camp duties when not performing driving tasks.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections using a prescribed checklist and report any defects or accidents.
• Complete monthly vehicle log sheets.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Valid Code 10 (C) driver’s license with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• Minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Understanding of conservation and environmental issues.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
